GTRT gear-driven turntable technology
The cradle turntable adopts high-end mechanical transmission GTRT technology to achieve stronger torque output, higher rigidity and accuracy; both the A-axis and C-axis of the turntable are driven by helical gears and have dual-stage anti-backlash patented technology.
High-rigid spindle technology
Using mixed internal cooling flow channel, ring cooling plus central internal cooling, real-time monitoring of the spindle temperature improves the stability of the tool tip, and the processed parts can obtain high precision and high surface quality.
Gear transmission double swing head technology
The two AC axes of the double swing head are driven by double tooth rod gears to eliminate backlash, which is extremely rigid. The double swing head is equipped with a brake cylinder, which has excellent cutting performance and high precision and stability.
